"There were numerous stains on the bedsheets, quilts, and pillows, which I noticed upon arrival. However, I chose not to report them, as our stay was for only one night. During checkout, the staff inspected the room and accused us of causing the stains. I had to spend considerable time proving that the stains were not fresh but pre-existing, which was evident upon close examination but difficult to convince them of. This reflects either poor management or management operating with questionable...
