They let me know the room would be ready by 2pm, and while I was waiting in the lobby, a staff member came to find me before 2pm to let me know I could check in, which I really appreciated. There is also a staff member in the lobby who greets guests and helped bring my luggage to the room while explaining the in-room services. I used the luggage storage service twice, and every staff member I encountered was consistently attentive and professional. Cleanliness was top notch. Everything in the room was well organized, including the information sheets. While the hotel itself isn’t particularly modern, it is very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in upkeep — even the public washrooms in the lobby were spotless. Overall, the level of care and service here really stands out. "

"This hotel was just acceptable. The rooms were filled with light and A/C control panels that emitted bright light all night and made sleeping difficult. The room came with a can of bug spray, so they clearly have an issue there. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Their shuttle driver called us before our scheduled time and asked why were weren't there yet, which was also unpleasant. If you just need a hotel near the airport, then fine, but otherwise this place ia a solid meh."

"It was very inconvinient as the counter was only open from 6:30am to 1am. Because we had to check in at midnight due to flight trouble, and had to check out early in the morning. There was no hotel staff who could check us out. we have never faced thirs problem with other hotels before. "
