"I checked in at 1am and the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Couldn’t find the remote for AC as well. It’s supposed to have 24 hour front desk but there was no one after we checked in and we called the phone number and no one answered. We couldn’t use the AC so opened the window and slept. ..."
