"Shopping down stairs"

"Overall stay was good. Just minor issues like having only 2 towels when 3 checked in, so I had to share towel with my son even after asking. Common toilet has no trash bin. Main toilet tissue box was empty. Overall still ok la."

"Check in was unclear as there were many operators. We queued at the wrong place for half an hour before they told us it was wrong. However when we went to the correct counter on second floor, the check in was fast."

"Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc. Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)"

"Location is quite convenient. Near to eateries and massage places. Cleanliness of the property could have been better. There is a morning market on Mondays. The property is along a busy street. Can be noisy in the mornings."

"Hotel Citrus letak sangat strategis, posisi tepat di sebelah City Square Mall. sedangkan City Square mall sendiri bersebelahan dan menyambung dgn JB Sentral / Custom. Jadi bagi yg mau menyeberang ke Singapore, boleh dipertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini. Kamar cukup bersih dan tersedia lift, saluran TV lumayan banyak dan jernih. Kecepatan internet yang harus ditingkatkan. Kekurangannya tidak ada refill minuman dari hotel, dan tidak ada sarapan. Aksesories kamar mandi banyak terbuat dari...

"Good location near Pelangi Plaza. Though crossing the road by foot needs to be careful of traffic as there are limited crossing road options. Hotel room is clean and good size."

"We have been staying at this hotel for almost every trip to JB. It’s value for money and within walking distance from the CIQ. One thing to note is that even if you have placed the “do not disturb” sign, they will still enter and do the basic housekeeping."
