"A bit dated but clean and well maintained. Staff very responsive. Breakfast has a good range and is very good. The pool was being refurbished but they had back up options which I appreciated. Walkable to mall and JB Sentral."

"Stayed at the family suite, the kids room is so lovely, my kid enjoyed it. The toilet was amazing too. Great stay. Breakfast spread was good too. The free flow alcohol and food spread at club lounge was great too."

"Excellent stay for solo tourist. Surrounding amenities are excellent. Level 41 scenery is spectacular. On the other hand, swimming pool is chalky, bed squeaky, sauna & locker not working and many renovations in progress. Hope next stay better."

"Stayed with my hubby from 22 to 24 May 2026. Excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was scrumptious and satisfying. In Room Dining service, very very good. Just 1 hiccup though, when we called for bell hop service, took more than 20 mins to show up. By which time our transporter had arrived. This is second time we encountered such incident. We are regulars at Amari since 2017, hope this issue is addressed so that we could continue to enjoy our future visits."

"The staff told me during registration (2pm) there will be a room with queen size bed for me and come back at 3pm for official check in. But when I check in at 3pm she told me there were no queen size bed available anymore whereas another guest made a request she gave to them. Then we were stuck with the room which we accept. But the thing don’t end there, when we want to shower at night, there isn’t any hot water. Call the front desk, then maintenance came in, still could not solve the issue,...

"Hotel Citrus letak sangat strategis, posisi tepat di sebelah City Square Mall. sedangkan City Square mall sendiri bersebelahan dan menyambung dgn JB Sentral / Custom. Jadi bagi yg mau menyeberang ke Singapore, boleh dipertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini. Kamar cukup bersih dan tersedia lift, saluran TV lumayan banyak dan jernih. Kecepatan internet yang harus ditingkatkan. Kekurangannya tidak ada refill minuman dari hotel, dan tidak ada sarapan. Aksesories kamar mandi banyak terbuat dari...
