"Room and staff ok. Breakfast not worth"

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Customer service are great, very friendly front desk and even cleaners at our level. The morning breakfast is impressive in terms of spread. Most Asian cuisine can be found and western too. The only draw back is its location, a bit far away from shopping malls. "

"Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture. "24hr makan spot just opposite . Bit disappointed that the room was only ready at 5pm though checkin is from 3pm. And this was not communicated by the staff beforehand thougg we had messaged them a day before "

"Spacious room for a family of 4. Only complaint was the unit floor is dusty and not cleaned. Feet got black within 20min. We have to mop floor ourself"

"Location is a plus. Very near to KSL shopping center and pelangi plaza. It just a walk distance around 10 minutes. Room and bathroom also good. My room was in level 22, so its a nice view. Have bathtub inside the room. Everything was very good except the breakfast on my 1st day to stay which was on 30 Oct. The breakfast tasted average, even several foods tasted bad like siomay and porridge. But surprisingly on my last day (i stayed 2 nights here) the breakfast was delicious even for the siomay....
