"Love the view of the river and the mall (mid valley south key). Problem is the traffic flow and why the double or triple humps on the road. Need to redesign the road to split between grab drivers and shoppers who are driving, and to split between the mall’s north southeast west entrance and the hotel."

"It's our 2nd time here and the experience has been awesome, as before. Super friendly staff, extremely clean toilet, comfortable bed and room. The thing that impressed us most is the ability to WhatsApp directly for any things we needed, like more water or toilet paper. Everything was also brought up to us very promptly. "Location is a plus. Very near to KSL shopping center and pelangi plaza. It just a walk distance around 10 minutes. Room and bathroom also good. My room was in level 22, so its a nice view. Have bathtub inside the room. Everything was very good except the breakfast on my 1st day to stay which was on 30 Oct. The breakfast tasted average, even several foods tasted bad like siomay and porridge. But surprisingly on my last day (i stayed 2 nights here) the breakfast was delicious even for the siomay....
