"This is the most terrible place to stay. No deep clean undertaken in ann extremely long time. Only surface clean. Cottage smelt of old fat and cooking. The bbq was unusable it was that disgusting. There was cat pee still smelling near the bed. The only good thing was the linen was clean. The owner has no care and no interest in coming to the party to provide a refund.
Never stay here ever. "

"Excellent park, very central to everything we needed to see in Ballarat. Only downside (which is quite a big one) the mosquito screens are needing replaced as a result out cabin was filled with mosquitoes. Resulting inis getting so many bites all over our body. Also the floors needed to be cleaned. "

"Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, warm house. Too much large furniture and too many knick knacks made the property feel very crowded. "

"We stayed in the converted signal box which was delightful.
Photos on the wall downstairs show the work involved in getting the box from Ballarat, and there are items from the box's original use on display."
