"I came for check in around 6 pm on 12 Oct 2013, I drove a rental car and I could not park my car anywhere around the lobby, a bit annoying, so I just parked my car while my wife waiting in the car and do the check in"

"No parking available. 3 on street parking places outside that are also available to the public am need to be moved and certain hours. No discount for any car parks close by. Room was fine. We gave a late check in time so sent an email with good instructions on. Paid a fee for an extra person to be staying in the room. No extra bedding for the sofa bed. No extra towels. Room is outdated. Only good thing was the extension lead for the plugs after there not being any plugs about. "

"Amazing views and a central location to everything you need. Rooms were clean and tidy. Had everything you needed to cook, clean and wash. Staff were amazing and held groceries while we were at Rottnest for two nights. "
