"Our Ocean View apartment was perfect for a few days in beautiful Lorne. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, it’s in the perfect location to access everything Lorne has to offer. The icing on the cake was the balcony with views directly onto the beach. "

"staff was not able to locate my booking. the studio looked dated, and cleanliness was not great. parking spaces were also extremely tight, and instructions to get to the studio was confusing."

"Apartment is in a great location however was not clean, lights were blown, TV had no remote, tea and coffee facilities were less than satisfactory and crockery and glassware was chipped or broken.
Needs a good clean and an update. For what I paid considering it was off peak is disappointing. "
