"Checked in to a prepaid room - to find out we had booked a pet room in error. When we told them we wanted to switch to a non-pet room due to pet allergies, we were told they would switch us for a $25 fee because "the pet rooms are discounted by $25 on the website and then they collect a $25 pet fee". So we didn't pay enough for a non-pet room. The entire hotel was virtually empty -not a single other person staying there. But they wouldn't move us without a charge.... ridiculous.

"Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean and bright! My room was great, with a mini kitchen, full size refrigerator, nice desk, and a comfortable reading corner by the window. Will stay here again!!"

"The hotel itself is interesting, love the history, staff are excellent, great breakfast, the pool was fun, and they allowed my granddaughters swim for a small fee (which is why we were there). Our room was clean and had everything we needed."
