"I was disappointed with the view in the room i asked for city views.also they didnt have a enough towels, they were rude about me and my family being in the lounge area. We had a total of 6 rooms for a weekend"

"This was such a bad experience. First, they charge me for my room at check in even though I paid in full when I made the reservation. Secondly, I thought breakfast was included but was informed it wasn't (not sure if I misread that). Third, I chose this place specifically for the pool just to find out they won't open it until Memorial Day weekend. I was so disappointed since my five-year-old was looking forward to some indoor pool time. Aside from that the front desk was not helpful and rude...
