"When we got there we thought the elevator was going to break on the way to the 3rd floor. The room was semi clean and had a stench to it. The pool was absolutely disgusting it had a film all around the top glad we didn’t plan to get it. The breakfast service was horrible there was nothing left when I got down at 8. Had to go to the front desk to tell someone it needs to be serviced. There aren’t many choices around holiday world to stay but I definitely would not recommend this hotel."

"Our room had an infestation of spiders. Upon checking the mini fridge it was found to have food/drink residue and hadn’t look liked it was ever cleaned. The overall cleanliness was poor across the whole motel. Would not recommend staying there!!"

"Fue terrible no pude dormir se escuchaba mucho el ruido de las demás habitaciones. La taza del baño estaba tapada. Las toallas viejas la colcha olía muy feo. No vuelvo a reservar en esos hoteles. Lo único que me gustó fue su desayuno."
