"Great location in a shopping location and not in the craziness of Queenstown centre. Plenty of food shops and nice coffee close by. Love the happy hour and restaurant facility. Lovely staff. Great room, bed, pillows, bath condiments etc. always stay here when visiting Queenstown ."

"Came back after 9 years, the place is still magical as it is. We stayed in Pisa 1, and this place now has free wine tasting and a hot tub where we enjoyed.. Best hidden secret, ill stay here longer next time :)"

"Wasn’t my best experience this time. No furniture that made it easy to continue work or even have a meal there which I found odd. Booked a mountain view room which I did not receive. I would reconsider if I would go back again. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy."

"I enjoyed my stay. Although parking was quite tight. I also was disappointed, because I had an EV, that I wasn't informed that there were charging points available. I only found these by chance. Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery."

"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."

"Issues with our room, the kitchen & bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, the bathroom door latch did not work, so the door could not be securely latched closed. A glass jug of water was in the fridge frozen solid & broken. When I went to advise reception upon check out they were on the Ph & I couldn't wait any longer to let them know"

"Spur of the moment booking. Absolutely made the best choice! Location is a short and fairly easy walk to town. Slight hill but nothing too major. Check in was amazing, we were so well looked after by the lovely lady at reception, top notch service. Room was huge! Had every heating amenity you could think of! Beautiful view from the room. They have a spa that overlooks the lake and Remarkables that you can book at the front desk, ask for extra towels. Only slight downsides, sink in bathroom...

"Lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside we had with our stay was that it was so cold. Reception area, hallways and main dining lounge were very cold and uninviting. Our bedroom heater also automatically switched off at midnight each night and wouldn't turn on for hours, which was very frustrating. We only got 3 TV channels and cellphone coverage was next to none. Lucky we weren't there to watch TV or go on phones. I would stay here again, just need to keep...

"Overall, our stay was outstanding. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. "Beautiful room in a beautiful location. The room was very luxurious and well equipped, you couldn't ask for any more. The only negative would be if you only offer a King bed have a King mattress not two singles together with a topper covering the join The staff were very helpful and friendly"

"Good location with an easy 5 minute walk to town, heated floor in the bathroom was great. I had booked a king bed room with lake view but the room was two single beds pushed together, and seemed to be a bedroom of a bigger apartment so the walls were very thin and could hear the other occupants clearly. The view was a small window, not like the pictures on the site. I would consider returning with a family group that had the whole apartment but not as a couple getaway again."
