"Kind owners and quiet property. I've stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed both stays."

"Clean is good. Minimalist room. No extras. "Staff were the best in customer service."

"The staff was friendly, but check in was long. The building at night was filled with marijuana smoke on both nights we stayed, and the dog barking was annoying the first day. Overall, it was a Motel 6, so expectations were low."

"Hotel is in a great location to Ball State University and restaurants. It was quiet and parking was great with various doors to access the hotel."

"really nice place to stay, bathroom looked brand new. amenities were great. breakfast was fabulous! Will stay here again when in Muncie!"

"We stay here because of the proximity to the football stadium and tailgate fields. It's always too warm and you can't get the a/c to cool it off. It turns off after a minute or two."

"Great staff and clean room"

"Raj was helpful at the front desk and available when needed. We also enjoyed watching the turtle in the lobby."

"clean, consistent stay in Muncie. The attached bar and restaurant are great."
