"The staff were helpful and it was clean, but the shower had low pressure and it didn’t look like they had completed the bathroom upgrades. Other than that it was fine."

"Ground floor rooms in the back of the property has a strong cleaner with underlying musty smell. Old carpets but neat over bare concrete would do that"

"Awesome hotel. I love staying at Tru. I always get a kick out of them putting our name on the tv as a welcome. The breakfast is amazing. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, but the pillows are great. Staff was super nice."

"La disponibilité pour accommoder les voyageurs qui partent avec le petit déjeuner"

"Beautiful stay. Regency Room food was great!"

"The front desk staff was super helpful and the complimentary breakfast had everything you needed."

"Loved the rich character and history of the hotel and city."

"We had a great experience. We would definitely choose you again."

"I stay at Hampton Inns a lot. I was very disappointed with this one. Breakfast was not good either morning (2 night stay) and to top it off, they had no regular cream for coffee this morning. That’s poor planning and not caring. Also, shower head was pointed towards the back wall and could not be adjusted away. You had to lean into the wall to get the water. Probably something you can deal with but the grab bar was right where the water came down. I know why they did it so that water would not...

"Amenities, particulate in bathroom are minimal. This is is place for business travelers and those chunking their travels on I-81, not a five star hotel, but good place to rest your head."

"While waiting to check-in, a manager and another employee accused me of smoking in the lobby because they smelled smoke. I wasn’t smoking and have never smoked in my life! I was just waiting in the lobby for my family. They didn’t apologize and were rude and unprofessional. It’s an ‘ok’ lodging facility but due to that incident, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotel options available right next door within walking distance."
