"Location is good. The owners are friendly and helpful. Gorgeous flowers on the backyard if you have the time to sit down and enjoy. You can have complementary coffee and tea. But you need to keep in mind that there are other people and you won't have privacy. We were in the basement we can hear laud and clear as people walk upstairs on the wood floor. We could hear people talking."

"It took some to get there from aieport due to road constuction but was fairly easy to get there with GPS. Quiet neighbour hood. Was able to park off the road, The room was clean and quaint. Mattress was comfotable, with good pillows. My only con was the walkway along the side of house to the rear entrance. As I have Parkinson's Disease, walking can very challenging somedays. A handrall would be usefull to provide stability."

"Called the hotel to cancel my booking a month ago. They charged me today anyways and stated that I needed to cancel thru Expedia not them. This would’ve been great to know a month ago when I called them. (July 7th at 11:51am was my call to the property to cancel my booking). When I contacted the hotel today about the charge I was told to report it as fraud and they wouldn’t reimburse me. I’m absolutely horrified by their customer service and theft of my money."

"Room was clean and comfortable however we found an issue with the floor in the bathroom where one tile is creating a hazardous condition for the guest using it. Most discouraging is the fact that when we checked out and I showed the picture to the manager he didn't seem to care about the situation. I believe that when to our stay in a hotel you stay for the condition of the room as well as the service you get from the hotel staff which in this case I don't feel we got it from this manager."

"Room was clean...Dennys ok for bfast..that about it. Asked for my bed sheets to be changed after the 4th night but they didnt do. That only complaint."

"Everything was great, the only thing that didn’t measure up to previous hotels I’ve stayed at in the same price range / quality were the towels. The towels were very small and there were only 2 in the room. I definitely could have asked for more towels though and I’m sure they would have accommodated I just didn’t get around to it."

"The place was very clean, large rooms. The pool was nice for the grandkids and the restaurant was great. One elevator was closed down so that caused a few line ups. But other than that everything was perfect"
