"The staff was extremely professional and they went out of their way to assist us when my wife injured her knee during our stay. They also arranged taxis and airport transportation. The hotel was very clean and our suite was beautiful. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the Gothic Quarter. It’s an excellent location for exploring the neighborhood on foot. "It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. There is a lively plaza behind the hotel with some kind of band that played most nights but they were quiet by a little after ten and besides them you really couldn’t hear much noise from outside at all as the windows and walls are very well sound proofed.
