Clean hotel and great staff, except they never answered the phone the 8 times called, and the ac heating didn't work in the freezing room. Also the water was freezing and never heated up. They will be on the phone immediately to charge you for a late departure though

Omni Dallas Hotel
Staff and services were great. The lobby bar and pool area were also pleasant surprises. Only qualms were that there was no parking available in the garage under the hotel on our last night and had to park on the restaurant garage as well as a rowdy room below us. Think it was an after-prom party ...
