Hyatt Regency Dallas
It was a very busy day. There was a cheer competition and the Dallas Christmas parade all on the same day. Our checkin was quick and painless. The staff was kind and courteous. We were in a room at the end away from the cheer kiddos so it was a comfortable and quiet night. Will stay again.

The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport
Room upgraded and exceptional.Also needed to make a quick trip to shopping center and shuttle driver Jason drove us there waited and brought us back. I haven’t seen this level of customer service in a longtime.
