Cari Chalet di Dallas

"If this hotel had the additional feature of requiring a room key to use the elevator for safety, it could be a 4-star hotel."

"room was dusty, looked like we were in 1900’s and almost no amenities besides robe and bottled water. I would’ve done better and saved slot of money at the lorenzo"

"We were not able to stream the apps on the tv because we couldn't connect to the internet. The staff tried to walk us through it with no success. The toilets are a little too short for me and I'm only 5'7". The tv can't be adjusted to face the bed. Curtains were tore and had water stains from water leaking on them at some point."

"Wonderful stay and experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and cozy. The pool/jacuzzi was a nice touch with a restaurant on site!"

"Great convenient location, clean rooms, nice staff"

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, and clean atmosphere"

"This is such a beautiful iconic hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was spotless. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the music and vibe of the Library Bar! The valet parking was really the only thing we disliked but I suppose it is more secure than when you used to self-park since it was an open lot. Friendly and helpful staff! Love The Melrose!"
