"I'll start with the good your staff was genuinely excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. That kind of attitude really sets the tone for a stay, and they deserve to be recognized for it. The room itself was also clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. That said, there were two things that made the stay less comfortable than it could've been. The biggest issue was the AC. No matter what we set the thermostat to, the room stayed warm especially at night....

"The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"We had an exceptional stay at The Graduate at SMU. The hotel is decor is adorable and every staff member we had contact with was kind and courteous. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting campus. Very convenient."

"The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the air conditioning on our floor (7) was not robust. Even though the thermostat was set to 65 degrees, it was too warm for a blanket to be used at night. The bed was a little too soft for us but I think most people would be happy with it. The breakfast was excellent, we ordered off the menu and split a very good omelet, which was plenty of food for 2 people. I would stay here again!"

"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...
