"If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience:
In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in.
The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below.
Our apartment is not in the best...

"The rooms were big and clean but did not match the pictures on line at all. The flooring was ruined and made for tripping hazards. The door locked but didn’t seem very secure. "

"Nice space over all. Safe and and very reasonably priced. We booked the reservation later in the evening and they communicated right away how to access the property. I do wonder if maybe they rushed the clean up because it wasn’t very clean in general and the sink and shower was clogged. There were bags of garbage in one of the closets.
But for the price it was fine and conveniently located. Large space overall and very modern inside with some touches of character. "

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit!

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"Was supposed to get an access code and never got one. Tried emailing and calling no response. So I had to book another hotel. I am very disappointed and am looking to get a refund if I can ever get ahold of anyone. "
