"Mattresses needed be flipped, vacuumed and the room should likely be fumigated.
The older Hispanic gentleman at the desk was patient, respectful, and classy. He definitely worked to make things right.
Pest control should be made a greater priority."

"Terrible! The place was filthy. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The walls in the room was dirty.
The kitchen staff kicked you out right at nine, despite people still trying to grab food. The pancake mix was empty."
