"I feel the price point should match the hotel not for name recognition but for how the room and conditions of the hotel this one was under construction which should have been disclosed be sure the cleanliness is excellent it is very important for sanitation for each room be sanitized germ free smell good hygiene so guest avoid illness housekeeping should be checked to ensure they are doing what they supposed to be doing a guest should not see spider webs or dirt no where they should make sure everything is cleaned"

"The room’s were comfortable and clean. The bed’s were extremely comfortable and you can literally find anything you may need at the Texas Gaylord. We did laundry, we ate well, and we booked a second night as soon as we checked in since we knew we wouldn’t be able to tour this massive place in one night. They assisted us in getting to our next room which was very appreciated since my son and I had both gotten lost several times in our stay here. It’s super service and comfort for a hefty price but for a once in a lifetime experience I feel it’s worth the cost."
