"The room wasn’t clean to our liking & it had a pet odor. The staff was great , very friendly & helpful. The suits can use upgrading. And the carpet can use upgrading."

"Excellent choice and great location. Your elevators could use an update. Beside that, alll was great."

"I was cold and the thermostat was not working. The front desk associate offered me blankets…. Otherwise the stay was good."

"1. There was an Indian wedding taking place during our stay. There was an extremely strong odor of curry throughout the entire hotel and loud noise until the early hours of the morning. 2. The breakfast was horrible. Overcooked eggs and burnt sausages. 3. The iron in the room appeared to have never been cleaned and ruined my shirt. Would definitely not stay here again!"

"Staff was prompt and friendly! The room is always clean and spacious! Location is great with plenty of food options or shops nearby!"

"Excellent place!"

"When we arrived we were told they had no gas, so no hot water for showers because of a main break, they automatically referred us to a hotel across the street instead of offering us any other options. We were very disappointed because we were looking forward to our stay here. I had even called earlier in the day to ask for a room on the main floor and they didn't mention any issues at that time."

"breakfast was the best."
