The rooms are nicely spacious , larger tv than most places, nice very clean bathroom, great breakfast.

I had a great time here! My partner lives nearby so it was easy for him to come visit me when he wanted to. I enjoyed the amenities and options the hotel had. I would definitely book here again when I’m in Texas next time!

Front desk receptionist when checking in at night did not seem to want to even work there. No greeting. Just plain cold. Breakfast bar was half empty. Hilton should look into this Hotel's breakfast. The other hotels from the same Home2Suites chain was not this empty for Breakfast.

The breakfast wasn't available even tough we reached on time. Cups weren't available for juice and coffee. This happened on both the days that we stayed here. We went for breakfast at about 8 am on both the days. Terrible service. However the rooms were clean and the area was good.

Great location.
Excellent place to stay. Great location. Breakfast is okay but definitely could be better. Same thing both days we were there. Fortunately we weren’t planning to use the pool as it was closed due to cleaning both days and the temps were over 100 degrees so I’m sure those with kids were disappointed. Location is great though.

Room I booked wasn't available...no towels in room that we had to settle for..room smelled of pet odor couldn't get a receipt at checkout ...had a mystery $10 charge at check-in I was told would get refunded at checkout but I can't verify that because they said Expedia would provide that which I have yet to see.. wanted to charge an extra $4.50 per person insurance to guarantee booking that I didn't get but now feel like it was a setup not to have my room ready

I love the Home 2 Suites. Have stayed many times. The pool could have used attention before the weekend. It was a bit murky and the tiles inside the pool need cleaning. I did see a pool guy out there this morning, but I don’t know if he scrubbed the tiles. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy, staff extremely accommodating. However it’s super hot in Texas with heat advisories, the room says “67” but it’s still humid in the room. It feels like there’s not enough ac to accommodate a small suite. Also when I walked in the room smelled dirty. Like feet and BO. I spent 45 minutes cleaning the hotel room and lysoling the area to get the smell out. Definitely made my skin feel itchy had I not cleaned.

Overall the property was great. The surrounding property was a mess because of the construction next door. Tenants next to us on the Sunday we were there, thought turning up their music so loud that our walls were vibrating, was a good Idea. Not sure what kind of sound system they had, but it was powerful. We didn’t say anything so Complaining isn’t warranted, but maybe mentioning to all tenants that playing music in your rooms is ok, but when the volume is so loud and the walls start vibrating, isn’t. All in all it was a great place to stay, the rooms are clean and the breakfast were great. Would definitely stay there again.
