"Stanley really didn't care how he treated us. We arrived super late from long travels and he was so rude and literally we only asked him if the room had a view and he said "its too late for that you should have checked in earlier" like just so inconsiderate but Tiffany I believe was her name was so kind and accommodating to our wifi issues...when Stanley gave us no insight that the higher floor had little to no wifi so we scrambled during work time and zoom..Stanley needs to be back of house..he doesn't do well speaking direct to guests."
