"Beautiful pool area"

"My husband and I traveled from out of state and stayed at the Omni to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, polite, and very welcoming throughout our stay. Our only small complaint was when we asked where we could warm up some leftovers. We were told that a microwave would be brought to our room, but unfortunately it never arrived. Despite that minor issue, we truly enjoyed our stay. We also have an Omni hotel in our home state and will definitely continue choosing Omni when we want a relaxing weekend getaway"

"Perfect location for anyone attending the Midevil Times venue. We walked! Room was clean…nice selection for breakfast. Didn’t get to try the Monkey Bar on the 9th floor, but heard it’s pretty nice. Only complaint was noise from freeway, but that was to be expected given how close we were to it. "

"Toilets didn’t work, no servicing, lobby restrooms filthy, coffee shop attached was garbage. The staff didn’t care no customer service. "

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. They offer a nice breakfast and have a nice bar in the lobby which gives 2 complimentary drinks nightly. That is a great deal. Response to requests or issues were extremly slow. Our room was out of shower gel reported on Saturday evening, called everyday to remind them. It took till Monday afternoon before them brought ip shower gel and another day Tuesday before they actually reinstalled it on the shower wall. But they did response quickly to our room being cold ,maintenance came to work on it within 2hrs and worked on it till it was resolved. Overall I still enjoyed our stay and room. "
