Second time staying at property within the last few months. Nice property. This visit, the mattress was uncomfortable. Also, both times, carpet had stains.

I arrived late and I wanted a room and the front desk guy told me I have to download an app or get a room from third party when I’m right there in front of him and he could have checked me in and got me a room! I thought the rule if that’s one is very unprofessional. Why couldn’t we just walk in and buy a room! What’s so difficult about that! Why I have to give some of my money to booking sites online!

So the property was super nice! How ever the room we were in had stained bedding no coffee cups and 1 water dirty glass I wish I would’ve taken the time to reach out to someone or take pictures. Over all amazing place to stay aside from those two things!

My overall stay was great and the property is located in a great area for shopping and eating. The parking garage was not my favorite. I didn’t feel safe being a solo traveler. Non guests are able to walk through the garage and I did experience this while staying there and it made me a bit uneasy. The huge retainer wall where parking is in the back on the 1st floor was a little sketchy. Although the parking garage was not my fave, I would stay here again.

The property was nice. Stained carpet in our room needed to be replaced. Housekeeping was knocking on doors, including ours, in the 8am hour when check-out wasn't until noon. Sleep was un-necessarily interrupted by this.

The property was very nice and very clean. What I didn't like about it is: When I booked the hotel through Expedia it shows Parking available. It said nothing about parking is extra $$$. Then when I checked in, I asked about parking because there was no obvious parking in front. The agent told me how to park around back and he even told me I could park in reserve. But, NOTHING was said about parking is extra $$$. It wasn't until the next morning, I logged into my bank and saw and extra $19 charged to my card. I called the front desk and they said parking was $18 tax. That made me very upset because, again NOTHING was told to me. The front desk just said they were sorry because I booked with an outside agency. So, very disappointed with the hotel and the lack of communication that I received and the extra charge that was not mentioned to me. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property was well maintained with minimal uncleanness. The pillows were too soft as well as the water pressure but over decent.
