Would have been wonderful to have our own microwave in our room. Instead we had to take the elevator up to some sketchy site on the 25th floor, 6 elevators in the building and only 2 worked. We had to take the stairs down a couple times from the 9th floor. Staff not very helpful.

The hotel itself was nice. The area surrounding it left you feeling a bit uneasy. There are two buildings next to the hotel, where you drive next to to enter the property, that are abandoned and have graffiti on them.
