"Bed was dirty TV didn’t work no phone inside room, lot of noise from other guests, no blanket one pillow this place was a dump NEVER STAY HERE "

"The room was wonderful for the price and the staff was very helpful and nice. The only issues I had was the confusion of the check-in process, the fob that didn't work, and needing to take 3 elevators to get to the room. I also wish there were spots inside the hotel area to grab a bottled water. That being said it was a great experience."

"Awesome stay it was up the street from some nice restaurants and entertainment so worth the money. The view of the city at night was nice and refreshing an the room was very spacious."

"I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."

"This is the place to stay!! Everything and I do mean everything was amazing!! From the staff to the breakfast the next morning!! The pool area was clean and the bed felt amazing!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!"

"Breakfast menu terrible. They allow smoking inside the rooms. The whole interior of the building has a stench of marijuana whole day long. It seem to be like a traffic point for some characters. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with different choices. Room was clean and neat. The non smoking policy is a very good thing. Some guests are disrespectful and we could smell some marihuana smoking. I would recommend it. Some people complain about the noise from the highway; it didn’t bother me at all."

"Valet was $48 a night but they were great! Do not try and park your car- you will have to walk MANY BLOCKS back. Across the street is dining, down two blocks is 7/11 and McDonalds. Beds decent. They had fans available! No breakfast though. Old building, needs updating. Will be back!"
