"Overall, our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and the view of the bridges in South Isensferrt was absolutely lovely. We dined at the restaurant and were very impressed — both the food and the service were great. Our only issue was with the check-out experience. I had an important meeting at 11 and we politely asked if we could have a slightly later checkout — just by 30 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was quite abrupt and didn’t respond...

"Something different with very helpful staff. Location for eating out options was excellent and the city tram was a 5 - 10 minute walk away so easy to get into the city from Leith. "An excellent property located in walking distance from railway station. Staff were professional and helpful at all times. The arrival glass of wine was well received by my wife. Breakfast was a pleasing offering, providing many enjoyable options from attentive staff. We found the onsite restaurant quite convenient after a big day of walking.
