"We have stayed here a couple of times now and love it here. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean with some of my favourite toiletries in the bathroom and Tunnock biscuits for a snack. Breakfast is hot and tasty with cereals and a varied choice for breakfast from a full Scottish fry up to pastries, French toast and porridge to name a few. "Stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The executive room was lovely and had a river view. The only downside of that was when the spa opened you could hear voices outside, especially when the spa opens early in the morning. The shower was great and bed really comfy. Breakfast in the hotel was good. They do continental help yourself and order the hot food and tea/coffee. The first morning we did wait quite a long time to order and noticed others who came in after us ordered and...

"This was a gem of a find just steps from the firth at Irvine. Lots of little shops nearby and a huge shopping mall just a 10 minute walk away. "

"Fabulous place to stay . Lovely rooms . Situated 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes away from the back . "Friendly staff and good room for people with mobility issues. The cooked breakfast was really good. I was disappointed to hear that they’re stopping food in the hotel as the food was good and it will only be continental breakfast although the pastries were lovely but when you go away a cooked breakfast is always good the next morning."
