Heavy dust on shelves as well as spider webs around windows. Hairs on bed. Not ours and got a hair in my breakfast pancakes. Again not mine as it was pulled back into a bun. Reported to staff. Was assured someone would contact me. They never did. The wedding I was attending was good apart from spelling the newly wedded...

"We have just had the most incredible stay since the minute we arrived on Friday. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Jasmine in the Spa is deserving of a special mention.
