Limited breakfast, but was it was good. Room was very comfortable & clean but alittle dated. I liked parking in front of the room. Check in & out was good. Friendly staff. I would stay again. It was good value for short stays.

The beds were fantastic. So comfy. It was fairly quiet in our room on the top floor. Bathroom was tiny but the sink vanity was large so that was nice. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, bagels, yogurt and little sausage sandwiches tbat were very good.

Staff was very friendly. The room was terrible. Had to deal with numerous small roaches. The AC/Heater was incredibly loud. It sounded more like a motorcycle that and AC unit.

The room was clean and cute. The water pressure was great and heating/ac was easy to adjust and worked perfectly. It had a microwave, frig and good tv. The only drawback was the limited breakfast food. Plan on eating somewhere else (but the coffee was pretty good).

Run down, lack of maintenance and cleaning

The sleep sofa had a broken hinge and had a piece of plywood to "fix" the support. The mattresses were all uncomfortable. The freezer had so much ice that the door would not close on the fridge until we removed some of the ice ourselves. The toilet seat was practically falling off as was the flush handle. The laminate floors were all sticky or dirty. The staff at the desk were nice that is the only nice thing we can probably say.

So I’m not leaving my review to complain and which my experience doesn’t reflect on the the hotel as a place to not stay at, so the first room was street level to the left side of building facing the front desk, Me and my son entered the room to discover unmade beds and dead cockroaches so first I called the front desk and he said to come back up front, and the gentleman was very kind, also very professional . He explained it was showing the room as available. Which it was actually under deep cleaning (for bugs) He apologized and got me another room, which was on the opposite side of the building as the original one. Upon walking in, looked very clean, up to date and was more surprised as nice as it was for the cost of the room. So a few minutes go by and along the floor goes crawling a Palmetto bug like those big flying cockroaches and nope I cannot do that and then it was crawling up the wall so back to the front desk I went, but I felt bad as I said the gentleman At the front desk was Super kind and he offered an upgrade in the building across from the one my room was at And I had to decline because I didn’t want to chance it and have to go back to The front desk it was almost 3 AM and I was driving round trip from Knoxville to Clearwater to get my daughter due to hurricane Milton, Overall, great location, variety of food, locations, in walking distance almost in the same parking lot also location is great as well
