Très vieux, chambres trop bruyantes, on entend les conversations des voisins à 1 heure du matin. Trop cher pour ce que c'est, trop vieux, il faut absolument une rénovation. Mais propre quand même.

I did not like this place is very dirty. The bed has lice, and the bathroom smells really bad in one night the changed my room three times because of the filth. This is the most disgusting hotel experience I had in my life I paid for one week and I had to get out of the place, next day I do not recommend it to anybody. The only thing good in the place is the staff they were helpful but helpless

A great hotel to stay when in Dammam!
We love the hotel! The service is excellent, the receptionists are professional and caring, the doorman is efficient. The ONLY 'complaint' is the signage for Careem and Uber drivers to find the driveway to the hotel is not clear from the street! LOL. Mapping Apps show the location of the hotel on the street, directly in front of the main front door....but that is no help to the hire drivers. Perhaps the hotel could put better signage on the street (in Arabic and English) to help drivers to find the front door! Otherwise- we love the hotel and the Italian restaurant has a limited menu, but everything we have eaten there over 3 different visits has been excellent!

Das ältestes Hotel Dammam's - sieht auch so aus
Extrem altes Hotel, Zustand der Zimmer ist nicht zufriedenstellend trotz Reinigung. Am Waschtisch sind Flecken sichtbar von 2016, die Tapete im Bad ist überseht mit Flecken, der Toilettensitz ist schon 10 Jahre verfärbt, der Duschvorhang stinkt erbärmlich, das Bett ist durchgelegen wie eine Hängematte, der Teppich klammert sich an die letzten Fasern nach 28 Jahren Staubsaugen, die Wände haben überall Schrammen, der TV ist vorsinnflutlich, keine TV Sender, etc etc ... das Housekeeping macht einen tollen Job, aber das Alter dieser Bude kann keiner Wegputzen!!!
