"The property is a little dated but there’s nothing bad about that. The staff is always amazing. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone is friendly and helpful. Started staying here on recommendation from a family member 5 years ago and now stay here for every annual visit."
"This is a lovely place to stay if you're looking for a quiet historic lodging offering basic rooms and a pretty lame continental breakfast. This is not a luxury venue, but the beds are comfortable, bathrooms have been nicely updated and there is a TV, coffee maker, and a small fridge in each room. The walls are thin and noise does travel. The website is very accurate in its depiction of the building and grounds. There's no pool, no tennis courts, no outdoor seating and no particular tourist draws in immediate area. Dining options in the area are limited to fast food, and there is one nicer restaurant in nearby Oneida. That said, though not for everyone, it's atmospheric and comfortable and we plan to return."
"This B&B is a hidden gem! We loved the haunted room #12. Loved the pool table, restaurant (good for gluten-free also!) and the location - across from a beautiful swimmable lake and park. It was priced well and the Scottish ambiance and history could not be beat!!"
"Lovely little inn. We stayed in the “honeymoon suite” with a large tub and big bathroom! With the restaurant on the first floor, a small noise machine was provided to drowned out little noises. For the morning, there were breakfast choices in the nook upstairs including yogurt, bagels, muffins, coffees and teas with a keurig and toaster. What a lovely property!!"
"The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. Lots of choices. The staff was very friendly. We loved that we could walk to the casino or take a shuttle."
"The property was clean but outdated the hotels from there for quite a number of years! The restaurant is only available a certain hours so you have to go over into the casino to get something to eat! I give it overall four stars."
