"Horrible!
Dirty! My straws on all the utensils and dishes. Spiderwebs everywhere. The dishes were all dirty. This place was not cleaned properly and has not been touched for months.
Then they sent us to another location, which was a bit better, but still not good.
Wasted our vacation, looking for places to stay and I almost went home less for a night.
Horrible experience!"

"Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous.
A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat.
These appear to be all fixable...
