"Always a nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable, ample parking, and well managed the several times I've stayed. The hotel is in a nice and quiet area. Large cornfield in the back. Do not hear any traffic. One of the reasons I like staying here. Breakfast is not included in the cost of the stay, But, I'm a coffee drinker for breakfast, so no issue there for me"

"The room was good but breakfast sucks. Not many choices; just waffles, two kinds of cereal, and toast or bagels. On the plus side there is a Starbucks just pass the entrance/exit of the parking lot."
