"The room was clean & comfortable. We came in to Omaha in late flight & shuttle was prompt in picking us up. We also parked our car at hotel for flight & trip before stay. All worked out very ell. Thank you."

"Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. "I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it."
