"The hot spring is amazing, the hours are very good. We loved our room. Very happy with our stay, only issue I had was we asked front desk for towels and he said there are no towels after I give you these ones. He had a bit of an attitude. We never previously asked for towels before this one ask."

"Our room itself was clean but the property was a bit of a mess. It was hard to get through the hallways as there was so many bumps in the carpet. The location was nice and having underground parking was convenient. Hopefully they'll be able to renovate."
