"Check in is done via a screen in the vestibule in the evening. Extremely extremely extremely unsafe for female travelers as you are locked in a small vestibule with multiple men also looking to check in who can view your room number AND room code. I have never experienced something so thoughtless while traveling."

"We did ask not to clean every day, but the they missed to clean in-between. On the day of departure staff knocked on the door to ask if it was ok to clean that day, and I had to bring to their attention that we’d be checking out soon. It wasn’t a big issue, just noticed that front this wasn’t well managed. Also, some of the cleaning staff wasn’t speaking English nor German. So, it was difficult to communicate.
Otherwise very happy with the stay. Receptionists are very attentive. We loved the...

"For a hotel right next to the airport, this place is absolutely superb! There is both a bus stop and an sbon station within about a 5 to 10 minute walk. They lost the star for me here because there is no sauna anymore! That was one of the selling points for me. I never would have booked this hotel if I would have known that it did not have a sauna. I was looking forward to that damn it! Please correct your listing."

"Even though we were a bit far from Berlin, we have nothing but compliments about our stay. The area was so walkable and felt very safe. The room itself was incredibly clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The front desk, especially, made us feel exceptionally welcome. We were able to partake in the breakfast on our last day, and we wish we had been able to the other days. The food was delicious and very fresh. The bread...

"Had a really pleasant stay at this apartment hotel.
The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived,
It's only a 6-minute walk to the nearest S-Bahn station, which made getting around the city very easy and convenient.
The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had complete cookware, so we could prepare our own meals without any issues ,pots, pans, utensils, plates, the works.
Overall, a comfortable, practical, and well-maintained option. Would happily stay...
