"Great room with balcony overlooking Lake Garda. Good commuting distance to North and South of the Lake. Massive choice of breakfast options Pool table and cues need replacing Great decking area over the lake enabling you to swim. Limited car parking spaces and almost impossible to find one after 8pm."

"The rooms were very good and staff helpful. The restaurants could be slow at times to bring drinks etc. swimming pool could do with better cleaning at busy times. In general a very good hotel with great location and good facilities."

"Excellent views from rooms that face the lake. Outstanding staff. Breakfast was great, aside from all the greedy little birds! (not the fault of the property) Great water pressure in the room, plenty of hot water. The only issue I had was that the bed was just too soft."

"Reception staff were excellent and were extremely helpful when taxis needed ordering. Very clean and Rituals toiletries a nice touch. Breakfast was good and the pool looked good although we didn’t use it. The hotel is fairly close to Gardaland although feels a long walk in the heat. Otherwise, it is a fair distance away from the train station, public transport is poor, and taxis are expensive. Don’t use Uber-quoted 40 euros plus for a 10-12 minute journey. My lower rating than I would usually give is for the absence of a kettle in the room. There was not one available from reception either so you had to go to the bar for hot water. Inconvenient for anyone but if I had a young baby and needed hot water for sterilisation or a bottle, then really not ideal. On a related note, rooms which are numbered in the 4000s are quite a walk from the reception area, so when booking, worth requesting a room close to reception if walking is difficult for you."
