"I had: 1. Brand new shower 2. Brand New toilet 3. Brand New mattess and bed sheets 4. Brand New flooring 5. freshly painted 6. New towels Oh, Did I mention they are renovating? So if you can put up with scuffed public hallways, walls, and outside concrete until they power wash, and paint the outside, this place is therefore really a hidden gem (inside the rooms). Highly recommend"
