"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. They just helped us: - check in - sit down - have a great time - have a fantastic dinner - get to bed on time I don't know how many times I was offered a water or an extra blanket or an extra drink or anything that I wanted. "A genuine high quality hotel. Very friendly staff. The Dining Room is top class, superb food. Good sized rooms and well cleaned each day. Nice public rooms on Ground Floor with separate bar and dining room. Underground carpark, very useful when we got a severe snow storm. Easy walk into the town centre and there was also a crew bus shuttle service if needed. Will certainly return I hope. "

"El hotel esta bien mantenido y bin situado en el cento de la ciudad, pero los alrededores son muy ruidosos, en un viaje a Cortina uno busca tranquilidad y eso se consigue con un hotel en las afueras de Cortina. En las mañanas siempre nos despertaba un aserradero, el ruido de la recogida de las botellas vacías etc. Si vuelvo a Cortina me quedare en un hotel fuera del centro de la ciudad."

"The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site so that was convenient. Be advised that this hotel is right next to the road so it could get loud. Let me qualify that I stayed during the Olympics so maybe it was busier than usual then. They also kept the lights on outside my 2nd floor window until late at night so if you're on that floor, bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs."

"Location is far from the main shopping area . The street is crazy busy with young college kids , apparently the cheapest beer in town is on this street , if that’s your vibe then you will like it , but if you are in Milan for shopping I would not stag here . However there are some stores and restaurants close by . The staff was great , the hotel is old with lots of mirrors that made me dizzy it felt like 1980 retro , but it was very clean I can’t complain for that , it’s my fault for not looking...

"Wonderful hotel! We truly felt lucky to stay here. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping even checked in afterward to make sure we were satisfied. My children loved the hot tub, and the restaurant food was excellent with an amazing breakfast. A special thank you to Larissa at the front desk.
