Hotel dekat Danau Oconee

"It is not really a 'lodge' per say or at least not what we are used to seeing in a lodge. It is an older hotel on the water. Some of the amenities were good but the rooms, especially our bath and shower area, were clearly old and worn. The staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was okay. It is also right oon a very busy road. Not sure we received the value for what we paid for the night we stayed there. We would likely not stay there again."

"While the location was the reason I chose the hotel. It was disappointing to open the room and find several three used dental floss picks throughout the room. The staff were nice but the cleaning staff avoided our room. It may have been that I have a Service Dog?! We were gone most of the day returning in the late afternoon around 4:30pm. The cleaning staff were well past our room down the hall. So this was a bit disappointing that they never came in to empty the trash etc. Also our neighbor...

"Tv did not work. Called front desk and instead of having someone fix it she said “just lift up the tv from the wall and unplug the tv plug back in and turn back on”. We were not going to be responsible for lifting up the tv and the chance of it falling to the ground so nothing g was done"

"It's like home away from home!"

"This is my second visit this year.Just a wonderful stop always"

"This is a good inexpensive place to stay when you want to save on hotel expenses. It was clean and you received what you paid for. The staff was excellent."

"My room was not ready at 4:30pm. I had to stand in the hallway and wait outside the room with luggage. Their ice machine was not working. There is no handrail at the entrance with stairs."

"The room was decent. Did have a leak at the base of the toilet which gave the room a rusty smell..breakfast ending at 9 felt early. Eggs were nasty, rubbery. Waffles were delicious though."

"The inn was in a great location for walking into town. The house is a little run down and could use some repair and refreshing. Bed was comfortable. Pool was very cold and didn’t look clean. I expected a little more care for the price but it was an ok stay."

"Very pleased with my stay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! The juice machine was out of order the two days I was there but that didn’t affect my experience. Definitely would stay here again."

"Enjoyed my stay!"

"This was a great hotel - clean room, great breakfast, and friendly staff."

"From the moment we entered the property, we felt like we had stepped into a different world. The beautiful structure of the home, the peaceful atmosphere, and how wonderfully maintained everything was made the entire place feel so welcoming and enchanting. Mr Colonel Mark was an excellent host! He recommended a wonderful place for us to have dinner, and the breakfast he prepared the next morning was absolutely incredible. I can honestly say it was the best pancake I have ever tasted in my...
