"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff is always professional, helpful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience.
That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still clean and functional, some updates would definitely enhance the comfort and appeal.

"A wonderful stay to begin with. There was some construction underway during our stay, hence a bit loud. The pool closes early, so no late night relaxation possible. Apart from these foibles, it was very satisfactory. Great staff and breakfast is amazing."
"Staff was so helpful! Very quick with any questions or requests. I had an early flight, and had to check out in the middle of the night. I had difficulty with Uber picking me up, and one of the staff of hotel kindly assisted me with finding an Uber ride and carrying my luggage. Felt so comfortable and welcome here. "The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. He even called the driver to ensure I reached Shirdi safely. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
"The square footage listing for the executive rooms is wrong on the website. I estimate the rooms are in the 220-300 sq ft range. The room has individual air conditioning units which is good for controlling the temperature in the room. Lobby is on 2nd floor. There is a set of stairs to enter the hotel. Breakfast was minimal. Staff will bring you what you need but not a lot of choice. For Westerners, Indian food is spicy so most things on the menu will have some "heat". Have them make you an...
