"When I went to check in; we were told our time for breakfast was at 6:00 am for single adults; told him I am on holidays & I will not be getting up at that time; he stated families time slot is from 7:00 am to 9:00 am; not impressed!! Never have I been told a time slot for breakfast; really?? Also, there was two of us; we were only given two large towels; two hand towels & two face clothes; I use 2 large towels for my hair & body!! And the big was so high to get up onto!! It used to be so much better previous years. It has certainly gone down to the lowest rating. For the price you pay, I expect better quality."

"Room was clean and a good size. It was missing a bathroom fan which was odd. The staff were fantastic! Helpful, welcoming and kind.
