"My husband and I had a very nice stay for 3 nights while we explored the surrounding areas. What stood out the most to us was the staff. Staff is what makes or breaks a place and we were absolutely blown away by how polite and professional each staff member we interacted with was. The first night we noticed the shampoo dispenser was empty and that the tub drained quite slowly. We had brought shampoo so no big deal there. What blew us away was the prompt service to fix it the next day. We went to the front desk to explain the issue and when we got back to the room it wasn't even 10 minutes later that someone was there with shampoo. We were getting ready to leave for the day but the gentleman who came with the shampoo promised to come back to fix the shower drain. The drain was 100% fixed when we showered again that evening. We enjoyed the provided breakfast each morning before we headed out each day. We liked that the location was perfect for everything we had planned for our short trip. We got to explore Herkimer Diamond Mines, Howe Caverns, Glimmerglass State Park, many hiking trails, and of course enjoyed exploring Cooperstown. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to Best Western in Cooperstown and elsewhere."

"My wife and I stayed for two nights while visiting the Cooperstown area. The text-based communication on our room availability and access code worked well for us. We got there late and the streamlined, counterless check-in was perfect for our late-night arrival. The parking looked to be a bit staggered, as we had to park away from our room a bit, but no matter for us. Our two-bed room was very clean and had a nice size small fridge for our travel food and a microwave to heat them back up for a snack. The beds and sheets/comforter were super comfortable and the in-room air conditioning worked effortlessly. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower head was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and let our friends and relatives know of this place and will look to be back the next time we’re visiting. Thanks!"

"The Inn is right off of main street, easy to walk to everything, and it’s such a cute place! They have 2 dining areas with an egg dish, muffins, and fruit and bread every morning; it was delicious! Coffee and tea is available 24 hours. The room and bathroom we were in were both clean. They came in the morning of our second day to make the bed and replace the towels. They have a sitting room with games, and the front porch was a nice place to hang out too. We definitely recommend The Inn and would eagerly stay again when we return to Cooperstown"
