"Amazing location! Everything is within walking distance — the Medina, the ocean, restaurants, and the train station. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but honestly, I loved it. My room was cleaned every day, and everyone was always smiling, kind, and ready to help. ❤️ I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it for three more nights, and they were kind enough to let me stay in the same room with my beautiful view. That made me so happy! 🥰 I felt very comfortable and welcomed here. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travelers. ❤️🇲🇦"

"The staff are what makes this place good. The 4 staff I met during my stay were great - helpful and kind. They could not do enough for me. Mohammed arranged a private tour of Rabat; every tourist should give this a go. The Riad itself is mesmerising but in a bad state of disrepair, so please do not expect luxury. It does however have a lot of history so if you don’t mind disrespair but want to stay somewhere authentic this is the place to try. The single room was ok but I decided to upgrade for the last 2 nights to the suite as the other room was very small. For some people that would be ok, it was just a personal choice to go bigger. The Riad owners should however invest in repairs and fixing simple things like light bulbs and shower handles. It’s a shame they don’t do this. The breakfast was very good; tasty and fresh. The ladies who make it are so friendly. The food on offer was repetitive but as it is a free breakfast there is nothing to really complain about. Every day fresh natural omelette, breads, cheese triangle, spreads, orange juice and tea/coffee. There are no restaurants close by so you need to travel out of the area but there is a good take away coffee place called Bab Chaafa 2 minutes walk. The staff there are very friendly. There are a couple of local tuc-style shops that sell a variety of snacks and I used the one near Bab Chaafa because the old man was honest and his products varied and fresh unlike the other shop diagonally across it. "The room was clean and comfortable, but there were some ants in the bathroom. We've had that in other places and it wasn't a concern to us. The staff was very helpful. We asked them to do some of our laundry which was convenient, but it was expensive compared to doing it in a laundromat. The location is very good for seeing most of the sites in Rabat. It's quiet and close to places to buy meals. Our only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't as good as we would have liked. It was hot while we were in Rabat and that may have been at the root of the problem. The staff offered to let us move to another room, but by then we were settled where we were and we didn't think it would make much difference."

"We have nothing but the best things to say about our stay. Location was perfect…right in the Medina but absolutely silent at night for the best nights sleep we had on our trip. The staff at the hotel was so wonderful and the in-house breakfast was delicious and made with such care. Every recommendation made by staff was top tier, and our room was gorgeous. Don’t hesitate to choose to spend your trip to Rabat at this 5-star accommodation."

"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. They did serve Moroccan tea and there were a couple of cold msemen, which was a nice touch. The breakfast itself was good, just not quite the authentic Moroccan experience we were expecting. I imagine the hotel is mainly catering towards business travellers. But all in all it was a very nice stay"
