"Incredibly clean and quiet. Convenient location to multiple attractions."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."

"Except for one brief hiccup at check-in, which was later resolved satisfactorily, everything went very smoothly. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Bothell numerous times and have always found the staff most welcoming and helpful. They also always serve a great breakfast to help get your morning started on the right foot."

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"The floor was dirty and needed mopping. The restroom door was installed upsidedown and didn't close. We had to use a towel in between the door frame and door so it could close. There was a cabinet door missing in the kitchenette. The room has a musty smell. I reported to the staff but they didn't fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. The cleanliness wasn't that great. I regretted booking this place."

"We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The room was large enough for 3 adults to comfortably stay. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. 5 stars does not do it just. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and had breakfast. Food was excellent. Grounds were clean. We felt safe. Would highly recommend. We checked out...
