"The studio unit for our family of four is located at the top of the building. The lift stops at second floor, we have to carry the luggage one more floor up to the room.
The room size is good, kitchenette is useful. However the water heater doesn’t seem to be working. The water is only warm for the first five seconds, called the reception to report the issue and it didn’t get fixed. We ended up taking cold showers."

"Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Frühstück sehr gut. Wir hatten allerdings im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen, was leider nicht so gut war wie erwartet. Hoher Preis und maximal durchschnittliche Qualität."

"Super convenient location if you’re flying out of Zurich (ZRH), it’s a 2 minute walk to the terminal. Rooms are comfortable and I highly recommend adding on the breakfast option. Staff was friendly and attentive."
