"We stayed in a suite room. The room itself and the breakfast were both very good.
However, we specifically booked the suite because it was advertised as being available as a twin room. Instead, the hotel simply pushed two single beds together and covered them with a single king-size mattress topper.
When I raised this issue, the staff were polite and friendly, but we were told that no changes could be made. I found this difficult to understand, as it seemed that simply changing the mattress...

"Loved the beautiful location right on the waterfront. We wnjoyedthe facilities - hot tub, kayaks, art filled lounge (with tea/coffee and homemade cookies available) and enjoyed an amazing 2 course dinner at the restaurant. Very memorable stay!"

"I stayed two nights, different times and check-in. Check-in was equite easy especially since I arrived so late. I had a late pick-up and while I did checkout of my room, I was able to relax in the downstairs lounge until it was time for my transportation to arrive. Accommodations and experience well worth the money."

"Very expensive for a single standard room and for the first time the breakfast was not included. I guess I should blame Expedia for that.
I have stayed here many times in the past and was looking forward to their breakfast buffet which is amazing."
